Lalit has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and entrepreneur. As a consultant, Lalit has advised clients primarily in the financial services sector, across banks, insurance companies and payment services providers. His primary area of expertise is use of Big Data and Analytics for driving business impact in key areas such as operations, marketing, risk, and compliance. He has worked with clients in North America, UK, Singapore and India.
Roger Potter
Co Founder, CAO
Roger began his career as a Data Scientist, building Predictive and Descriptive Models to improve business results for a variety of use cases. He then spent much of his time building Data Science Departments for several companies, including various Insurance Companies, Financial Services, Publishing, and Litigation Management. As part of this organization development, Roger began creating blended organizations incorporating onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-performing, efficient, and cost-effective groups.
Michael Dean
CTO
Michael is an executive technology leader with deep experience in building start-ups and managing matured business technology in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and finance sectors. An experienced digital leader with expertise in Product Management, Solution Engineering, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and Service Delivery. Michael leads our globally diverse Product, Development and Data Engineering teams. Additionally, Michael is accountable for the activities of the Infrastructure, Information Security and Compliance teams to meet the needs of an ever changing technical landscape and competitive business environment.

Sandra Gomberg, RN, MSN, is the President of SLG – REG, LLC, a health care consulting firm focusing on disruptive innovation in health care delivery, business models and improving quality care. Ms. Gomberg serves as an Advisor and Independent Board Member for Stel Life, Inc. a remote monitoring technology company and Advisor for Cognitio Analytics, an international analytics enterprise with deep experience using process mining and advanced analytics models across multi-source complex data sets.

Pascal brings 15 years of experience in the financial services industry seeking innovative ways to maximize productivity and efficiency. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University and is certified in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking and Agile. Pascal has worked as an internal and external consultant with banks in Europe and North America. His main areas of expertise are leading transformations focused on digitization, automation, and process reengineering.

VP - Total Rewards Analytics
Paul is a health analytics leader who brings to Cognitio Analytics more than 30 years of experience working with health plans, providers and employers in both operational and analytic roles. He has more than 20 years of experience working with self-funded employers in the use of data and analytics to manage and evaluate the performance of their employee benefit programs. His work with clients has ranged from tactical reporting and analytic projects through development of a comprehensive total rewards analytic strategy. He has led consulting and analytic engagements with Fortune 500 corporations as well as regional employers across the US.

Radhika has nearly a decade of experience spanning client delivery, research, and business intelligence. She has extensive experience in Healthcare Total Reward Analytics and Life Sciences domains. Her responsibilities involve creating new analytical capabilities and solutions, expanding relations with existing customers and managing end-to-end service delivery. She has led the charge on developing, managing, and delivering specific solutions that have added tangible value to clients and / or their key stakeholders.
