Non-Dislcosure agreements are signed with service providers and they are granted need-based access or shared with only minimum relevant personal information for the purpose of performing their functions for Cognitio.

COGNITIO is ISO27001:2022 certified company and it implements reasonable and adequate information security measure (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to assure that Personal data shall be safeguarded against loss, misuse, damage or modification and unauthorized access, disclosure or breaches.

However, no system for transmitting or storing information electronically can be completely secure, therefore guarantee cannot be explicit that personal information or that other communication channels are secure.

All the information collected during course of services will be held, stored and purged in accordance with the standard protocols as defined by the Cognitio Information Security policies or by the governing bodies of the land.

10. Data Subject Rights – Individual Rights

We allow those individual with below rights, whose personal data or contact details that are stored with us-

  • Amend personal data – Ask us to modify or update your data
  • Delete personal data – Remove personal data record stored with us
  • Unsubscribe from promotional mailers – Remove from mailing list

Important Note

Cognitio may ONLY service any such requests, if coming from authorized persons or representatives of the individual. Further actions are subject to terms and conditions of our agreements, service contracts, appointment letters or any other.

Amend or Deletion request shall be processed if, it does not violate Cognitio needs for providing business services and to retain required personal data as defined by law and legal agencies.
